Welcome to Total Relief Tech. Throughout this site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Total Relief Tech. We operate this website and online store to provide massage and recovery products designed to help you feel your best.

By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

By using our site, you confirm that:

We may refuse service or close accounts if these terms are violated.

2. Our products

We do our best to show our products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, product descriptions may change without notice, and availability may be limited.

3. Orders and payments

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Orders are confirmed only once payment is processed. We may cancel or refuse any order. Please check your order details before submitting, as changes may not be possible after processing.

4. Pricing

Prices may change at any time without notice. Taxes are calculated at checkout. Promotions may have their own terms. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information for all purchases.

5. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on orders of $70 or more. Orders under $70 ship for a flat rate of $8 USD, Osaki and Titan massage chairs ship free with curbside delivery to the lower 48 states, and other massage chairs ship for a flat rate of $69 USD. Estimated delivery is 5-8 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order ships, responsibility transfers to the carrier. 6. Returns and 30-day guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in reasonable condition. We provide a prepaid return label, and the cost is deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected. 7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, branding and design, is the property of Total Relief Tech and may not be used without permission.

8. Third-party tools and links

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for third-party content, external websites or services outside our control. Use them at your own discretion.

9. Shopify platform

Our store is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Total Relief Tech, not Shopify.
